1. Account Connection

By connecting your WhatsApp account to our system, you grant Tool Metics access to:

• Read, reply, edit, and delete messages on you behalf.
• Access your WhatsApp account for campaign management purposes.

2. Bulk Campaign Usage

Account Suspension Risk: Bulk messaging may result in your WhatsApp account being temporarily or blocked. You accept this risk as part of using the service. Tool Metics is not liable for any account restrictions caused by bulk campaigns.

Content Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from sending any sensitive, illegal, or adult content, including but not limited to:

• Political campaigns.
• Adult or sexually explicit content.
• Content promoting violence or illegal activities.

3. Subscription Payments & Refund Policy

Payments made for subscription services are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellations requested within 1 week of payment. Refunds will not be issued beyond this 1-week period.

4. Data Usage & Privacy

By using our service, you consent to the following:

• Your clients' phone numbers may be used for Tool Metics’ marketing purposes.
• Tool Metics may share your client data with third-party clients or partners for marketing purposes.

5. Service Limitations

Message Delivery: Tool Metics does not guarantee 100% delivery of messages due to restrictions from WhatsApp or issues beyond our control.

System Downtime: Occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or updates. Tool Metics will not be held responsible for any loss of business during these times.

6. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You are solely responsible for the content of the messages sent through Tool Metics.
• Tool Metics reserves the right to terminate accounts found violating these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tool Metics is not liable for:

• Any losses resulting from account suspensions or terminations by WhatsApp.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Amendments to Terms

Tool Metics reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant updates, but it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
